Incidentally, I activated my phone less than 2 weeks ago... I got my $50 referee credit today.

My first bill was posted yesterday for $33.xx (=the 10 days prorated $25 plan... plus the $15 seasonal hold for the month ahead +tab, +HST) --
Today's $50 credit immediately negates that bill and then some leftover credit which will carry over on the account and go toward my next bill... and by then I should have the 2 additional referral credits for my mother's phone and my buddy's phone he got.

What a way to work the system!

I did get an email.

I enrolled in the referral on the morning of March 19th (Saturday) and got an email confirmation ... I activated the phone on the evening of the 19th... completed the 2nd half of the referral (as per the email) as soon as I got home. -- I was told it could take 3-4 weeks to see the credit.

As posted above, I got the credit on the 31st (12 days later). You will PROBABLY will get yours any day now (if you haven't already by the time I replied to your post). Hopefully you applied for the referral BEFORE activating... and then completed the 2nd half of the referral by clicking the link in the email you got earlier and entering your name and account #?

use the leftover credit after 3 months or you loose it.. they won't give you refund..

you can always use the service for another month or so to use all your leftover credit..

yes.. and I would wait till day 91 (just to be on the safe side)..

thanks, yes, I will wait and cancel on the 91st day. Got a moto xplay for myself and moto g for my dad when the deal was on. the deal was good for x play even though I did not get the 75$ trade in.

Will there be a thread for people reporting with the activation date and cancellations? I guess some people got the previous offer ealry march and will be able to cancel in end of May or early june.

My moto x play was activated on March 19th, so I can pay off the tab and cancel on June 20th [91st day].
