Yea, I emailed them about this once, maybe think about changing their system...that registered users are guaranteed a sample box..and they basically said, we're sorry...first come first serve, that's how they do it, that's it. I remember I was on right when it went live, because I got up earlier and was waiting, and still did not get all my samples I qualified for in the mail, but it doesn't look like they will/or want to improve this. :/ which is kind of sad because there's always going to be problems and people are always gonna give them heat as more and more people register, I don't know..Quote:
