This little piggy came wee wee wee wee HOME! FREE BACON/WEINERS!

So I dragged my dear hubby to RCCS this morning at the crack of crazy to get the most of the 'deal' we could!

This is what we bought:

18x Maple Leaf 375g bacon ($2.50 ea + $2.50) = FREE
7 x Schneiders Country Naturals weiners 375g ($1.98 ea +$2.50) = FREE (The cashier accidentally gave my husband's order overage for (3) of the weiners!
9 x Ready Crisp bacon 65g ($2.98 + FPC) = FREE (complete with those magical $15 booklets!)
4x Bush baked beans (PM'd@Foodland 2/$3 + (4)0.50 coupon) = $4.00
2x Palmolive 739mL (PM'd@Shoppers 2/$4 + (2)$1.00 coupon) = $2.00
2x Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom trigger (PM'd@Shoppers $3.49 + $1.50 coupon + $3.00 CO51) = -$2.02
2x Kraft Cheese 450g (PM'd@Walmart $3.87) = $7.74
2x Chapman's Premium Canadian Collection 4-8's (PM'd@Frescho $1.97 ea) = $3.94
1x Coffee Crisp chocolate bar ($1.00 ea + 0.56OVERAGE from weiners! Had to buy it because you can't
cashout a negative amount and the lady was getting frustrated, I was getting frustrated and lord you don't want to know the look my husband was giving ALL of us!! LOL) = 0.44

= $16.10 + 6800 PC Plus Points ($6.80 worth)
NET COST = $9.30 :shock: PLUS (6)$15 Maple Leaf Booklets!

I think I smell A LOT of bacon in our near future!

Indeed!!! I also ran into a fellow couponer who asked me if I had the 'bacon' coupons? I was like YES I DO! So I asked her if she was also getting her FREE Ready Crisp and she smiled! We both agreed, it's the coupon that just keeps on giving! ;)

Haha! SO true! We lost our chest freezer in our house fire in 2012, and haven't replaced it yet. Good thing we have extra room in our fridge freezer drawer! LOL. I texted a pic to my girl squad (who only 1 really coupons occasionally) and they were like "Where are you going to store all that?" LOL. I told them that's what a freezer is for! ;)

Wow, that is amazing. I have not been couponing lately so don't know what is out there but even I have heard about these amazing bacon coupons. Also, I am amazed that you can use coupon to buy bacon and then be able to get a free one as well.

On my way..think my store no longer has the coupons though

I also got in on the free bacon deal and weiners deal this morning and was floored to see lots of shoppers with their carts full with all the maple leaf products and schineders products at RCSS and didn't get the free ready crisps in their cart and I couldn't help but educated them a little that the qualify for the free bacon with the $15.00 coupons on them and then they got really excited and was very thankful My good deed is done for today All my shopping is going to the food bank in my community I volunteer there and know that they take these products

Funny you say this... when the coupons first came out and I started getting Prime stuffed and ML bacon we went and bought a stand up freezer... Its full already.... :yikes:

Lol. Atleast youwill not have to spendmoney on your piggys and stuffed chicken for a long time... but hiw long? Did you calculate how long its going to last in your house? I say, you should buy for atleast one year. Lol

At the rate we are going the chicken will be done by mid-summer! We have had 2 big family dinners and served chicken.. 10 boxes (20 chickens) used each time! So nice to treat everyone to a free dinner :)

I'll admit I did take all the wieners, but there was only (7), so not too crazy! As for the bacon, I saw tons! Hope everyone will be able to grab some! ;)
