Finally reached 100pts at Healthy Essentials (Johnson and Johnson) and redeemed for a $25 harveys ecard. Terms of service say it takes 1 day, but it's been about 4 now. Do they send them by email, or actually physically mail them out?

I had one come after a week, one came 5 days after I emailed them at 3 weeks ;)
Give it a week and then send them an email?

Is the add to cart button suppose to be dulled out? I've tried 3 browsers on my tablet, both kid's laptops, and a smartphone but still can't get it to work?
Took a week after i requested it to get in my inbox.
Got an extra $10 gc from them as my gc took a few days before they sent it. :)
