    Was looking at that yesterday but in the fine print it says valid in the US only. Can we still use it here?

    Just register the card under your account. You can use US account in Canada! I love Starbucks about this.

    If you want, you can call or go to Starbucks to get it 'moved' to your Canadian account. I bought two using $10 groupon credit [I think it came from Snapsave [?] transfer-over] and bought two from same account..yesterday when it was invite only and today when it is open to everyone. I called Starbucks and in less than 5 minutes my $20 USD got converted to ~$27 Canadian! i.e. $10 got converted to $13.27 :p

    SO I paid zero and got $17

    I don't think you have to even call right? It will do the USD to CAD conversion right in the store, right?

    Yep, Starbucks converts the currency when you swipe your card.
