Have you ventured into Koreatown on Bloor St. W. in Toronto? There must be a vendor out there.
Having said that, in 2007 I managed to buy a Rain CD for $10 in one of the Chinatown malls.

I'd think that Mississauga might have more Bollywood music vendors than K-pop vendors. I don't know of any anime stores in Mississauga either. Anime North convention is held in Richmond Hill-not sure if cds, if sold, would encompass K-pop.
Mississauga has Pat-Mart. I suggest trying there and asking staff about cds. Chances are you'll be directed to Toronto.

BTW, YesAsia online sells all kinds of pop music from Asia. There may be region specific discs, so not all of them will play on North American music players.
If your daughter has access to iTunes and can access the Korean or Japanese sites, chances are she'll get music that way. The North American site has limited K-pop offerings.. For example, BoA's music is mostly her one NA album and maybe one Japanese album (I was able to access one or two of her songs during the Coca Cola free music PIN promotion a few years ago).
Having said all that, if you do go to Toronto and find cds, let me know if there is any F(x) cd for sale. I'm a fan!
Omg, my daughter does not need to know about an anime convention lol.
Thank you for the leads. If I dont find anything here easily (I rarely go into toronto) I promised her we can try looking in Vancouver this summer.

My daughter who is 22 only listens to Korean music. Is also teaching herself Korean and Mandarin languages. She orders all her CDs from Korea. We live in a small city so nowhere at all to get Korean music. Prices arent that bad if you order. All the cds seem to come with extras posters booklets ect.
Thanks, I wasnt too sure about ordering online.
Can she recomend any websites for CDs?

I havent been to chinatown in ages.
I took the kids to chinatown in vancouver last summer, it was like a ghost town. Really sad to see that there arent many shops left.
Ive only been to the toronto one once. I think I should head downtown once the weather gets nice.
