I don’t understand why I didn’t get my points. Usually it works, when I used a personal offer and my coupons like '' Spend XXX get XX points ''
My retail before coupons (companies) and tax was $41,24.
-> 2,99 + 2,99 + 21,99 + 2,99 + 5,49 + 5,29 + 2,29 = 41,24
-> Coupons: 23,27
-> My offer was: Spend 40$ gets 8000 pts
He kept telling me ‘’ Your retail before coupons was 38,25, you didn’t get your points because you used $13,25 worth of coupons (He was wrong again, I used $23,27 worth of coupons, anyways lol)
I said to him ‘'My retail was 41,25$ before tax and coupons and today I did one transaction with my coupons and I got my points even after coupons my retail was under $10. I asked him what is the difference between my two transactions...again He kept telling me '' your retail was 38,25 before coupons (Wrong: $41,25)
I did almost the same transactions today : 1x Pampers 2,99 (2000 pts) + 1x Huggies 2,99 (2000 pts) + 3X Campbell Soup 1,99 = 11,95$ before tax and coupons
After coupons: 7,45
My offer was: Spend 10$ gets 1000 pts. IT WORKED THIS TIME!
Usually I always get my points even If I used my coupons. I wasn't mad at him even he was a little bit arrogant.
Can someone explains to me, what is the difference between my two transactions?
First picture: Spend $40 gets 8000 points (It didn't work)
Second picture: Spend $10 gets 1000 pts (Worked)
*English isn't my first language.

In the first transaction you used FPCs and in the second they were just $$ off coupons. FPCs don't count towards the min spend offers.

Welcome itsmemely ... I see this is your first post. One thing to check on your receipt is what were the Base Points that you received (that will confirm what sub-total was eligible for points). Were any of your coupons free product coupons? Historically those coupons reduce your eligible subtotal for points so that could be the cause here (you may read in some other posts that this is changing with the new cash register software that is being installed in some Shoppers but this receipt does not look like it is from a new system).
Oops..just saw couponlady already responded before I posted. We are on the same pointLast edited by ReallySC; Mon, Apr 4th, 2016 at 03:45 PM.

I now know understand why last time March 12, my FCP (5x free O.B and 1x Enfamil) didn't bring down my total. The cashier count my FCP as '' manufacturer coupon '', thats why I got my 8000 pts for spending $40 +. I was lucky las time
.
What are they going to do If I refund my Oral-B toothbrush? I used a $10 coupon.Last edited by itsmemely; Mon, Apr 4th, 2016 at 07:00 PM.

Yes it would have been the old system as some stores have still yet to update
If you return you will get the full amount back the way you paid they may possibly put on a gc but I doubt it

I see you are in Montreal. Call them! I had the same issue on 4 different occasions. Each time, i had to call them and they looked at the base points to determine if the transaction qualified. Each time i used coupons and they tried to tell me that is why the system didn't credit me the points. Every time, they has to credit me the points manually.
