Yes they have e transfers now but only after you have at least $75.00 in you FA account
Any smartcanucker uses this app? I cashout $59 on Oct 23th via e-transfer and have not received any email notification. I emailed the help desk today. I'd like to know if anyone has successfully cashout with them? TIA
I'm still having problem with cashing out. So I lost $5 because the fund had to be refunded to my field agent account. They charge $5 for every returned request. I requested another cashout on Nov 28 and have been watching for their email but nothing! not even in the junk folder. Just wrote to them again. I'm quite frustrated. Read the reviews on BBB and no good reviews. I just want my $50 and will close my account.

I had an issue trying to cash out, and Jeff Doucette who runs Field Agent, is as always less than helpful. My first cash out attempt went straight to my default email, without asking me to set a secret word for the EMT, so guess what? Lost $5 there. So this time I made a new email for the transaction, set the secret password, which I have recorded, and is actually also retained in the secret word field by my computer when I type the first letter, ergo I KNOW I have the correct secret word. Well guess what, it didn't work. There goes another $5. Emailed, and Jeff Doucette says it's automated so I have a typo. Except I don't. And he is very arrogant in case you ever have to email Field Agent by the way. You know, because technical errors never happen, and why in the eff would you even attempt to look in to this for me. So, I will attempt a third cash out when the funds are again returned, then I will email again when it likely doesn't work again, then I will just correspond with the BBB to get my money.
In short, if you've never used this app, don't bother lol.
I would not recommend using this app as well. They never treated me nicely when I used it.
