I submitted three MIRs on one receipt (JetDry, Finish, Resolve). I circled the price and wrote each offer code next to the corresponding price. I then listed the offer codes at the bottom of the receipt and wrote the UPC next to each. I received two checks so far (JetDry and Finish). The Resolve rebate is currently "in process". Note that you need to upload the receipt separately for each electronic MIR.
