I had a box of garnier nutrisse cream in darkest ash brown..
and my husband happens to use it since he ran out of his hair color..
after he applied it he noticed his scalp turning blue!
there was blue hair color ceam in the box!
the box was sealed!!
omg he was so upset!
he washed it off right away but there is still some color of blue on his scalp !
and he did this late last night and had to go to work in the morning!
and of course he was really pissed..
out of all the colors there could have been in the box BLUE! ?
geez i didn't even know they had that shade!
well at least i didn't use the haircolor......
sux! wonder how many boxes like this shipped out !
i tried to call garnier but office closed.. will do so tomorrow!
and they dont have a email i can contact them on... weird !This thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by ishyx0x; Tue, Apr 12th, 2016 at 05:22 PM.

Could it have been black? My husband uses "Just for Men" dark brown. He accidentally bought black. When he used it it looked blue. When washed out his hair was purplish/blue.

"Ash" generally is meant to take away red/orange tones, ie with blue/purple colours.

This isn't funny, but it sort of is. I'm sorry you got the wrong colour.
It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness.

In high school, my high school used Garnier and her hair turned into purple :p
