This is a typical problem encountered because either one of these 2 software is either out of date or if it is up to date, there is residual data left on your computer from a prior version. The later is usually a result of java problems.
I find the simplest & fastest way to address the blank page problem is:
- de-install both Adobe DC Reader & Java (look for multiple versions of Java to de-install)
- re-install both Adobe DC Reader & Java
[Java did a software updated on April 19th, so others will also be affected by the blank page issue if Java's update system did not fully remove older versions of itself; happens often.]
Finally, I usually clear my browser history; if that is an acceptable step for you. Some folks like to keep their history, but I find it conflicts with smartsource.ca reprints of the same coupon when smartsource.ca refreshes & reloads coupons.
