I'm not sure "cheap" and "quality" ever go together.

The Bay is the only regular store that seems to carry jeggings (some colours don't sell at $31 reg or $17 sale prices) every fall/winter but as to leggings in general-cheap options might be to check the youth-oriented stores like Garage or Suzy Shier. Not sure if Le Chateau or H&M or Zara carry them but those are other names that come to mind.

Otherwise in Toronto, call a Legs Beautiful store in the Royal Bank Plaza or near Bloor & Yonge to see if they stock leggings.
Reitmans and Addition-Elle are the ones to try for petite or plus sizes.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

True but I'm not looking for something high end. I want them to at least last a year or two.

Cory Vines ones are pretty good quality. I'd say wait for a sale at the Bay and get Hue brand

^ I second Hue. They go on sale at the bay often and even better pricing if you wait for their B2G1 promo.

Joe Fresh leggings at Loblaws/RCSS are about $10 and decent enough. Hang to dry and they will last longer.

Yes costco. I purchased 2 sets three years ago. A bit thin now but I got a lot of use out of them.

Can anyone who has tried the Joe Fresh leggings tell me
1) How do the sizes run -- are they true to size, or do they run small/large?
2) What is the material composition? What % cotton/ spandex/ nylon etc?
Thanks!
