It's soft and a Lil thicker like a Pita perfect for a taco salad.
Just reminded me. I lived in Ottawa for a short while there was this place downtown with the most perfect taco salad but the bowl was crisp if I recall correctly

The ones I remember buying had 8 bowls in it. While called tortilla bowls, @Anna Michele is correct in that they are great for a taco bowl as well. I've bought them a few times just for something different and for some reason, my 'kids' got a big kick out of them (kids aka 21, 19 and 17)
