I didn.t see the $2.00 scrubbing bubbles at all the day I got exactly 3 of the ziploc coupons from Rcss and the new coupons was only put the day before and some one took the whole pads back and front and left exactly 3 coupons I know the coupons was only put the day before because I am very friendly with the staff at the RCSS that I shop because I usually share my coupons if the ask and I have extras. I was told the Lady was there before because I was ranting to one of the employee at customer service
