how do we know which grocery stores are qualify because it says participating grocery stores

I would assume this means "participating" as in those who carry the product basically saying you can't complain if a store doesn't have what you want? That's my guess anyhow. It's not the retailer providing the gift card so they don't need to be "on board" or even know about it. Just have the product to purchase.

No problems at all. I also missed it the first time but remember I missed it last time so went through it slower and found it.

Can anyone confirm 3 per household? I didn't see anything about limits in the fine print.

Looks like one can submit more than 1 cause of this note in the T&Cs "Each gift card request must be submitted separately."

Tried to submit it today using the internet browser on my phone. Try to send this from a desktop if you can.

The website kept telling me my files needed to be .jpeg. It clearly doesn't know that this phone only takes .jpeg pictures. So I sent those files to my desktop and it did it from there fine.
