The site keeps adding interesting brands and products. Staff who pack orders jot a few words on order inserts-love those!
All that site needs is a guest checkout option, as there isn't one.
So many baby items and fun snacks and beverages...plus beeswax candles and Kikkerland gadgets!
Site still carries Kikkerland novelty items, but few Miles the Label apparel items lately. The beeswax candles are no longer carried from BC.
Still worthwhile for Be Well members looking to expand their online shopping without resorting to Instacart orders on the Rexall.ca site.
So much variety and different sales each week.
I ordered some supplements from well.ca and along with them I also bought a bag of a waffle cone mini snacking item ( something called Just The Fun Part )
Attachment 382750
The instant I opened the bag came a whiff of rancid oil, you know if crackers sit too long in the cupboard they get that spoiled flavour? I looked at the BB date and it read June 2025
so I stupidly popped one in my mouth...... :puke1:.
I called to get a refund only to be told that I had to send the product back to them first . That required a return shipping label but OMG!!! Everything these days is " scan the B & W square " . ( a QR code ? ).
No phone to scan so I went the route of creating a label through CP ( well.ca sends you :hahaha: " very simple " instructions on how to get and print this label.:lolsign: )
I called them back in utter frustration as nothing I did worked. The well.ca CS agent kindly refunded me the amount without shipping the bag back. I was grateful and she did say this new policy of creating a return label is tricky for customers to navigate but I think she was being kind to an old lady....ha ha
So imho you should not order these, they are disgusting tasting. Tasted nothing like Pumpkin spice OR white chocolate.
I still miss well.ca. Rather surprised their Baby Registry can be linked to US Babylist, as Babylist items only ship to US addresses.
