Best free budgeting help online?

I know of a lot of programs, as well as offerings online, where you can get help building a personal budget.

Does anybody here have any stand-out favourite(s)?

I am looking for free (duh, lol) and something very simple to understand & use because numbers are simply not my thing, and I needn't get more confused about it all!

Mint.com/canada ive heard good things but having to give them your bank card info is scary to me.
