Did you maximize the size of the barcode....
You need to maximize it...
The scanner can not read it until you make it bigger.

It's strange because it always work for me,
I never printed those coupons after the coupons loading system started.
They just read the fine print and expiry date on my phone and then I scan it.
I do maximize it first then I scan it through scanner.

That's exactly what the cashier and I did we tried lots of times

How do you scan your card?
Through the phone or physical one.
I also scan my and my hubby card through my phone.
So if it can scan your card number it should also scan the coupon...
Their must be something wrong with the system.
