I've been looking at this product and I wonder -- does it only increase the hair at the top of your head or does it increase body hair too? I'd imagine if it is a pill, the pill won't be able to discriminate which follicle grows?

My hair is always very thin and I can't do anything with it so I've had the same plain hairstyle forever...but I hesitate to try this for this reason

Personally, I would avoid this product since it's a pill you ingest and could affect other parts of your health. Stick with foods that maintain your health (and hair), and supplement with known vitamins.

I remember seeing it was made by One a Day. I've never looked at a bottle so can't comment on whether it actually just vitamins or something else
