Sdm:VIB bonus points coupons for AVEENO,Diapers and wipes etc

Same for me..like on Wednesday when i tried to use 2 VIB coupons and got rejected on second, then he opened my profile to check my history and said I already used and will report to office to investigate i might 'illegal' use it...

I am like wtf..isnt that privacy violation that you r not suppose to open my profile and check without my permission? He is like 'yea right privacy..whatever'

Ohhhh. I think my sdm did the same on my account. Bull! So if we go to different stores and use these vib coupons, it's okay. But if we use these coupons regularly at one store then all of a sudden it's llegal?

i did 3 transaction before and didn't get the points because of an error. so called sdm and they added the points
ther rep asked me if the coupon was 1 per customer.. and i said no
it says 1 per purchase.

and the rep added the points . no issue

i used that pampers coupon over 15 times..
(different visits ) and like 3-4 wipes pr different transactions..
aand 1 store i went to said they only allow 4 per customer because of this "pampers" coupons
and i can ok .

so i can just go another time to get more..

What I can't believe it,
They don't have right to open your account unless you give them permission.
And one more thing HO know what they are offering us,they want our business that's why they offer theses types of offers to have us in their stores.
If I had this situation I call right away from that store to HO.

@momi ... i have been trying to locate vib coupons on sdm website but I couldn't find any. Do you know where can we find all the vib coupons for diaper stuff on sdm website?

Lately my sdm has been giving me hard time accepting vib coupons because they say i have used these coupons before. I told them no matter hiw many times i print these couokns, bar codes will always be the same but these people don't seem to understand.
And i couldn't find these coupons anywhere on sdm website to show them.

from the first day I am getting theses coupons from smart Canucks even I was not a VIB member and getting points successfully without any hassle.
Anne somewhere mentioned that theses coupons are from Sdm website,I also tried to figure this out but could not find any.
I think we should ask Anne so she can let us know...may be there is some hidden link..

I think it all depends on the store.
Remember those days when we need to print the personalized coupons and some store use to give us trouble that you can not use personalized coupon and manufacturer coupons together... But from the day system went digital,no issues...
Some stores just think we are not supposed to get free stuff..
My friend also told me when cashier saw the $3 coupon and when I gave her 2000 points coupon,the cashier got upset that I don't think you can use this or that,after speaking with her CSM she let it go..

I was only allowed 1
of the pampers VIB coupons today cashier said head office said 1per account I only had 2 coupons so I did not buy the 2nd wipes there told the cashier I will take my coupons and get it else where

Thanks for your posts! This past week I was able the get 5 tubs of Pampers wipes free! Got coupons in trades and used one bonus point coupon.
going to Shoppers today for Aveeno baby $6.99-5 coupon!

im excited to give to my cousin and his wife are having twins next week
