I think she meant that she would refer your post before she does her MIR.

As for coupon, it depends. Once I used my superbucks at RCSS and they deducted that amount from my MIR even it clearly indicates superbucks.

I haven't had any deductions in the past but I've bought many other items and unlike walmart the coupon doesn't show up right under the item.
