So I ordered a dining room set online which consists of a table four chairs. I picked July 6th as delivery date... of course no show on the 6th and on the 7th today they inform me the four chairs have arrived to pick up, but have no idea where the table is... Thanks Sears you SUCK!
Don't worry, it happens all the time. The table went east and the rest went west or something along those lines! Hope you get it straightened out soon.
Update... I ended up contacting sears assist on twitter and they got corporate involved and investigated.
My table was there the whole time and the worker just didn't scan it unloading the truck.
They refunded $75 on my already heavily discounted dining set.. very happy with the result

I'm having issues as well with Sears.ca
My credit card got charged the day after the order. No emails sent, a credit got added so apparently something was out of stock but no clue what, Cs is useless and cant get a tracking number:(
