Good to know. Does it matter if it's a 'different' coupon? This one has an August expiry date - the last one I used was the one with the June 30 expiry date.

I use these all the time with no problem. Most is about 3x per week....can anyone verify this has happened to them?

It was all over Facebook but these people were using them transaction after transaction as many as 20x. I also heard they were main sure those using them were in fact in the vib club.

I remember a discussion on this quite a while back - and i think i even called optimum about this. The outcome was that there are vib coupons that anyone can use, and vib coupons only for vib members - that get sent to them. The ones on the website can be used by anyone.

I don't know if anything has changed since then. But then, anyone can belong to vib - including aunts, uncles, etc. so I don't know why it would be a big deal.

Btw, I remember someone on SC posting not long ago that a store manager said he looked at her profile/account and said she had used the wipes vib coupon too many times. I don't see how this can be because the store doesn't have access to customer's profiles/accounts. I guess they can call optimum to check but that's another story and that wasn't what the store manager said (if I recall correctly).

I've got a $3 coupon that I think I picked up at RCSS. There are some John Frieda products on at SDM for $9.99 until tomorrow...not sure if it includes the ones in the offer but might be a possible deal (even better if you were lucky enough to have a personal offer for John Frieda products which I have seen before).

My RCSS's tag says it is $2 on a multi buy though, can't remember what the single price is. My co51 offer is only for one. Didn't try buying just one though, so YMMV.
