I have no garden... my backyard still isnt safe though. Apparently there are Pokemon back there and people keep traipsing through my yard trying to "catch em all"!
That's nuts when it is on such a big scale.
However, thieving from personal gardens has been going on for decades.
Pretty sad especially as they will probably sell them. The only thing that disappear occasionally from my garden are cherry tomatoes thanks to the squirrels.
We have a lot of foot traffic here and we are on a corner lot and the garden is on the corner...he's out there half the day acting as human scarecrow because he's afraid for his tomatoes. Oh well, keeps him busy.
...and you know what I have discovered has happened, he goes for a walk in the neighbourhood and everyone he meets compliments him on his garden and jokes that they are going to come raid it. It's making him paranoid. I am telling him to take it as a compliment not a threat, but it's not working.Quote:
