I know I can't combine WUS offers with each other but can I combine a WUS $20 on Cosmetics and a WUS $40 on anything?

I have 8,000 pts WUS - $ 30 , plus 15 X pts WUS - $ 20. Both expire tomorrow and I have loaded both of them.
so If I spend $ 30 , do I get 8,000 pts or 15 X pts on $ 30 ?
Do you get the higher points offer automatically, and the lower gets rejected, if both are loaded at the same time ? Or should you not load or delete the lower offer in the first place ?
