Excellent deal. Canadian Tire had a similar program last year with NOMA Led Bulbs on sale for $3.99 and an instanr-in-store rebate of $3 off, making each bulb $0.99
There was a limit of 25 bulbs per customer, and most stores only had 1500 bulbs total. I was on the lucky ones and bought 25.
