How awful. The perpetrator is loaded into an ambulance by wonderful caring EMTs even after he injured innocent people. Kindness in the face of horrible cruelty.

I guess they couldn't shoot him for "trying to escape" because they want the creep to squeal on his accomplices if there are any. I hope he squeals, alright!!!!!!!!!!!!
