As Salady said, they are bars made with dried puréed dried fruits and nuts. I have seen them in about 6 different flavours. I have shared two flavours with our 4yr old son, and we both enjoyed them. Even without the coupon, I think that it is a great healthy snack option for only 24-25c/bar.

For those without coupons, the 16 pack is $16 at RCSS (unadvertised sale running for many weeks)

Thanks for the intel, all! They sound good...I'm generally not a fan of energy bars cos they taste like chalk/sand to me. Blech! I'll give these a try. I don't have the coupons but even 99c is a good deal with Caddle CB.

Yes, I agree regarding energy bars. These don't taste chalky because they are made with real dried fruit and nuts.

The RCSS I go to does not carry this product was disappointed

The reason for my wondering is : Initially I could not locate them in WM. But, eventually found them in a corner near check out. :shock:
