Yes, these offers can be combined! Also, you will get 20X for whatever amount you spend on milk, not just for one can/bag.

Nope. Any offers for points when you spend a certian amount cannot be combined. You can use a wus offer with a personalized offer of a set amount of points when you buy a particular product(ie 20x the pts on milk and 20x the points wus $50 or more).
