There's no link in the email that they send you. You just print out the form and bring it with you.

just right click on the picture above and click 'save as' save to your computer and print so its not surrounded by SC stuff

am pretty sure you can pm, get the discount and coupon. If in case you get hard time with the cashier talk to customer service. Most Zellers cashier aren't well trained.
