because they can't see ''the thing'' Under x-ray and/or echo, and the cuttings to take it out is another stress for me and they might not be able to find it in my stomac ( i'm overweight)
now , the oncologist ask my dr for other blood tests, then i'll have appointment with him within 2-4 weeks and have ''the thing''
check every 3 to 6 months with pet scan....
i'm not sure, is it something that sound like good news ????Thank's to DH who told me the grumpy Garfield was not at all representative of who i am

Mia, it's natural to be nervous and scared, too.
From what I understand, lymphoma is very treatable, so that's a positive.
I'm hoping you are having someone go along with you to your appointments, it's always good to have another set of eyes and ears there.
It's very good that you are writing things down as you find information, or think of things.
Praying for you, and wishing you all the best.

Thank you Mia for the update.
Did your doctors suggest that you try to lose some weight in order to help them find "the thing"? I know that weight loss is easier said than done.
I also agree that it is helpful to do research and prepare for your appointments, for what you can. If you are unable to have someone attend the appointments with you, you might want to record your conversations with your doctors, that way you listen to and review it later to help ensure that you understood what was said.

update==
i had first appointment today with the oncologist, as they can't do the biopsy (sp?) without a surgery, he want me to have another taco (first is 2 months old) so he can see if it has changed / he said within 2 weeks
if it'S still the same , then we will follow it by checking every x-time
if it has change +, then ...we will see what'S next...maybe chimio
so....still in waiting....Thank's to DH who told me the grumpy Garfield was not at all representative of who i am

Keep your chin up and get all the positive and reassuring energy from the people around you. Doctors are great for that and so are online communities that deal with autoimmune disease. All the best
