Wondering if this is just me, or are others in the same boat.
Last week when I checked out my new offers, I had one big offer + 5 small offers, instead of the usual 1 + 6. This week, I had 1 + 4. :(
Has anyone else seen a change in number of personalized offers they are getting?
I received 1 big + 6 small this week. I have been finding that my "big" offers are not so "big" anymore. This week I received 5000BP WUS $50. I used to get the 12000BP WUS $50 often, now it's rare. The Monday/Wednesday offers are usually a bit better for me.
I haven't really been checking as often as lately I do not even always get a big offer. A couple of weeks ago my offers were:
100 PTS on No Name Garbage Bags
10 X Points on No Name Dish Detergent
Can't remember the points but it was on Rubber Gloves
None of these items have I ever purchased at Shoppers.
It seems like any of the offers I used to ALWAYS use I no longer get.

I've had less offers for the last 4 weeks. Last week I had 4 offers which included 20x milk that we never buy there. This week I have 5 offers with 10x milk (never buy) and 15x PC ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise which they don't even sell where I shop.
I tried to do a big shop October 12 but most of the items that I buy are on back order at the warehouse. If they can't get the items then they wouldn't be sending out the offers for it.
I agree that it seems they are testing us to find out what we will and will not use. I normally shop only on the 20X or better big offers. I didn't receive those for the past 3 weeks so I haven't set foot in a SDM for 3 weeks. So, what showed up as my big offers for this week? My card has 20X WUB $50 or more and my husband's card has 12,000 pts WUB $50.Quote:

My offers have been much less tempting with the passage of time. I was thinking last night as I drove by my usual 3 SDM's that I had not been in one of them in over a week. That is a new record for me as I used to make a point of dropping by regularly. It has all become much less exciting and I find myself less motivated to go through the process of even checking the deals. I am much much much less involved with SDM these past few months than I have been in the past few years!
Interesting that so many of you are still getting regular amount of offers.
I agree that they are testing us to determine their optimal offer point - what they need to do to see the best results overall with their customers. I also know that many of us here don't necessarily reflect the general population in how we use loyalty programs.
I hope the offer amount goes up. Ironically, I did shop at SDM yesterday for first time in about a month, as I needed some milk and a couple of life brand products. So I think I inadvertently rewarded their lower number of offers by shopping there this week :(
I used to go to SDM a couple times a week, and I can't remember the last time I went probably 3 - 4 weeks!! I'm using up my stock pile before I become a hoarder hahaha!!
I actually got a decent offer in my saturday email and when I tried to load it I got the error, "Coupon is not available at this time" :(
Friday offer 8000 points wus $30. It's been about three weeks since it was last offered. The points offered on wus daily deals are all over the place, usually fewer points then trend back up to the numbers I recall.
My coupon offers are down to about 4 per week. Did load the 500 pts offer if I buy the Life brand facial tissue pocket packs-I need them!
Good luck finding the LB pocket packs. I wanted some, but my SDM has replaced the LB tissues with PC, and no pocket packs of any brand to be found.Quote:

I can honestly say when my offers are not good I do not shop at Shopper's. My local store is a very small store so I have to drive at least 15 minutes if I want to do a shop of any size so if the offers are not there I shop else where.
