Has anyone here ever use or know some who use this mortgage broker company?
Their rate seems really low. Wondering how legit they are. Their rates are even lower than pc financial.

I planned on bringing True North up with my mortgage broker to see what her opinion was on them.

They are a high discount brokerage. Their business model is high volume. You will not likely get much personal service or an experienced broker. Nor will you likely be helped to make a well informed decision. It's highly likely you will get a no-frills mortgage with lots of catches.
It's somewhat like shopping for your groceries from the dollar store. May be cheap, but heaven only knows what's in it. . . .
