Did it this morning. Cost .18 cents (paid .20 cash). Tax is calculated on the $1.49 price.

Well I received the offer on 3 out of 4 accounts I have access to (only one is mine). Not everyone received it. I went to load it the next day and offer was gone (said expires Dec 31 so I wasn't in a hurry), checked other accounts and all were removed. I'm guessing someone messed up and if you had loaded it, it wasn't removed. YMMV.
