Perogies with onions and gravy (no sour cream in the house, what a sin!), with Polish sausage.

Still working on my menu plan for this week. Today we are having stir fry beef over garlic spaghettini with stir fry mushroom, green beans and carrots. Probably apple crisp for dessert to use up the apples in the fridge. I have less than 5 weeks before the due date of my DD, not sure what dh will be cooking for our other 4 kids during my stay in the hospital!

Last nights dinner was a roasted turkey with mashed and gravy. I had 3 turkeys in my freezer taking up all the room so I fugured it was time to cook one up. Theres still a ton of left over turkey meat so tonight we will be having a turkey sheppards pie with homemade dinner rolls.

M&M Meat Shops chicken nuggets (forgot how tasty they are!), with McCain potato onion hashbrown patties, along with a salad of lettuce, cucumber, and broccoli stalk with Greek dressing.
Bonus with my having a hurt arm, we're using up the freezer food! I will cook tomorrow, though!

Went shopping at Costco...so dinner was chocolate samples, rice cracker with cappocoli, pasta with vodka sauce, Lindt sample. Had dried plumbs and mangos in the car.

Yesterday I made chicken pot pie but used a swiss chalet sauce mix for the gravy this time (turned out good). Today I am making homemade pizza. I even do the dough from scratch in my bread maker - really easy.
