Oral B toothbrush !

So I went to SDM to check out the oral B toothbrushes that are supposed to be 50% off, so I get there and only 1 toothbrush was 50% off, the other ones had $10.00 off or $15.00 not a huge savings. I check the flyer it doesn't say up to 50% off it says 50% off. So I talk to the manager and he says pick any one and I will give it to you for 50% off!! Then At he front of the cosmetics they had a glass bin filled with BB Cream, foundations, lipstick, pressed powder, nail polish., no price so I ask, she says everything is $1.00, I'm sure they would sell a lot more if they put a $1.00 sign on them, anyways I bought a few Quo Prism Lips etc. Then I used my points to pay!! The cashier knows me and she said why don't you wait for redemption next week, I said I saved a lot more with 50% off, it was a much better deal today!

After the great deal I got on my Oral B toothbrush, when I opened it, there was a $7.00 e-mail in rebate and a $3.00 coupon to use towards brushheads, after trying to get the rebate it was only good in the US!! So I e-mailed them, telling them I was in Canada and I bought it in Canada, how do I receive the rebate and coupons, well on Wednesday I received a $10.00 pre-paid MasterCard to use!! Now that's customer service!! I e-mailed them on Nov.20 and received the card on Nov. 30!

A 2 phased discount. Good initiative on your part to make a follow-up call to Oral-B. Super excited for you.
