Since I had participated this summer in the same promotion, I assume that already subscribed Optimum members won't be able to double-dip on the bonus points this year.

It said it only applied to new emails but hey what does it hurt to try and get the points as the worst that can happen is they don't give them to you or they give you some sort of consolation.
