Black Friday and Best PC Plus Offer Ever!!!

I started working at Dominion (Superstore) in July. I work in the General Merchandise Department (Home, Electronics, Toys, Seasonal) and I love it because I usually find out about the awesome Clearance deals before anyone else! And I get to "Pink Sticker" stuff all the time! Who doesn't love pink stickers?! heh heh! The deals I've gotten from Clearance are too numerous to list right now, so I'll just stick to yesterday's shopping. Sadly, no photos right now as I don't have time to figure out my phone. (Gotta get ready for work soon).

I had a PC Plus offer last week for 1000 points/$5 spent in Kitchen Prep and Dinnerware. I held it over to this week hoping for some good Black Friday deals. Sooooo glad I did! I got up and met a co-worker outside the store in lineup yesterday morning at 6:45...store opens at 7am (no special treatment for staff, we lined up like everyone else)! Anyway, I bought a set of T-Fal non-stick pots & pans (needed since mine are all scratched up over the years); a Keurig (mine is 4 years old and starting to make weird noises); and a KitchenAid mini Chopper in Ice Blue (loved the colour since the first time I saw it & decided to treat myself)! Lol! Co-worker doesn't collect PC points (wth?!) and was buying a T-Fal Actifry so we rang all our stuff in together and split the bill. (Works out well for me 'cause I don't have a discount card yet--have to be there 6 months--but she gets 10% off). I spent a total of $152 got back 60,000 points!!! Yay!!

Went to work later last night and spied a cart full of Finding Dory and Star Wars Cereal at the front of the store with a big sign on it for .94/box. Apparantly my manager was sick of looking at it and decided to get rid. I had the PC plus offer for 2000 points/box! Woo hoo! Waited until my supper break and grabbed the cart and some more boxes for a total of 50 boxes. (Didn't shelf-clear since I couldn't fit any more in the cart-lol)! Total came to $47. I redeemed 40,000 points, paid $7 and got a whopping 100,000 points! Should have seen the looks I was getting! Had to explain that I was basically getting paid $1/box to take them away. After I paid, I gave a couple of boxes to the nice customers behind me, and a couple to a few nice co-workers. Most of it will to go the foodbank but I brought it home for shock value. haha!
