As I can no longer eat wheat, have possible issues with oats, can't eat egg whites (major hives)....I thought i would give this a try
First, it is quite expensive...but it is organic, is made with chia, hemp, and buckwheat...raisins, crainsins....lots of goodies...
It looks awful but.....oh my, it really tastes good!!! I make mine with almond milk...just have to put blinders on while eating....
I have the Dragons Blend...This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Glad to know it's good - I saw it first when they had it on Dragon's Den. I'll have to try it soon!
I was googling for info, and came across a giveaway contest for it on a blog

It really is a terrible name...now, the grains are tiny and chia, when mixed with liquid, turns into a kind of gel...it is an interesting texture but the taste is delightful..
here are the ingredients:
organic chia
organic hulled hemp hearts
organic buckwheat
organic cranberries
organic raisins
organic apple bits
organic cinnamon
you only use 2 Tablespoons and mix with 4 T of liquid (i use almond milk) and let it sit for a few minutes.....
i will be taking this on holidays with me this winter....sometimes hard to find gluten free, egg free stuff in mexico

Good to know I almost bought a bag at Save-on-Foods today....then I thought to myself "lets see what my SC'ers have to say" I'm going through dietary issues so my diet is somewhat like yours I'm really liking the almond milk (cannot bring myself to try soy for some reason). I'll try it on my next shop

Cool, thanks for the reviews! I bought some for my mom for her stocking this Christmas, and was curious to see what others thought of it
I think I'd mix it with some greek yoghurt if I was giving it a try myself...

First time I'm hearing about this cereal....interesting. Checked out the website and I think I'll order the Skinny one. Always on the lookout for healthy options!
