Thank you for this thread!
Regarding "Shoppers changed the way coupons are entered this year, so FPCs will vary depending on how they enter them. All coupons are entered as cash AFTER redemptions and other offers." can someone explain this more?
I remember a thread a while back about using FPCs and how it should be entered but I don't recall the details. I just used a bunch of FPCs and wanted to make sure the cashier did it right. She entered them as Product Voucher after she hit subtotal. Is that the best way to do it?

Do you get points when you redeem?
For example, I had a 15X the points on huggies diapers. I bought a box of huggies. The receipt saids digital offer and xxx points for the huggies but when I check the bottom of the receipt, it doesn't show the xxx points for huggies.....just the 40 points for what I paid after redeeming points.

After redeeming a transaction coupon (6k on $30 spend), I'm was unclear if I would lose all the optimum points (6k) if I returned an item because the receipt total would no longer qualify.
Recently returned an item ($17.96) after earning the 6k on $30, and the system only reduced my Optimum points (3,606) by the portion equivalent to the $17.96 (which included a portion of 6kwus$30 & the points for the specific product in the personal offer).
No more confusion on returns after redeeming a transaction coupon.

When I get an offer like 600 bonus points for Kraft peanut butter, am I correct in assuming it's a flat 600 points no matter how many I buy, not 600 per jar?
