Are you kidding us with that last pic @cabmonk !?? Buddy you have truly transformed your body and I just know you feel incredibly happy about that! I've said this too many times but it is so worth repeating....Take a bow!! This was ALL you, pushing through.
It is still too sunny and hot to plant all the lovely new half priced annuals into the new flower box DH and DS built, so I'll wait till this afternoon or early evening. Have an incredible afternoon all!
@Natalka I know when you get your laptop repaired you'll be back!! Miss ya!!

Definitely thanks everyone I’ll keep moving forward. I weighed myself today and I’m down to 241.1.. I wrote down everything I did within the last week and I was surprised at myself lol. 3-4 ddp yoga workouts, 3 times on the treadmill at the gym, 4 spin classes, 2 - 5k races and my 9 mile walk yesterday. Today I did my laundry but came back home and did the ddp fat burner workout which is 33 mins. Back to my spin classes tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Mon, Jul 8th, 2019, 09:32 PM #15065OMG I am so but so pissed ,annoyed and frustrated....I wanted magazines to read first stop a conveniance store strang they did not have it but not my point ...I go 2 stop to Jean Coutu Pharmacy and bought Coup de pouce,Clin D'oeil and Elle Canada for a shocking total of 16$ and I had a 4$ rebate...Sure I like to read the morning and the evening on the balcony or before bed...but wow..so expensive
The better come....after I discovered a paper that you can subscribe 12 num for 20$ ...what...that is a joke....
Compare retail and subscribed price is insane..that is just not logic and ok....so abusing...I think I will subscribe to coup de pouce and clin doeil....not going to paid retail price again never
And I sure miss the What Cooking free magazinesThe goal is to live day by day not to much thinking hahaha !!!!

Hiya birds!! ( as in Early ones)
Same stuff, different day here. Doggies will be taken to get their wash, cut and set! ( groomers appts. cost MORE than a ladies hair-do appt. )
Then it will be another round of digging in the yard, putting in more stuff. Looks so much better already, but DH has bigger plans so I'll assist him once the sun gets lost.
Did anyone catch the HR Derby? Oh my Lord! What a show Guerrero Jr. gave us!! ( his smile is the most infectious thing! ) The youngest competitor at 20 yrs old. and shattered a record, hitting 91 HR's in total.
Too bad Alonso ( Mets ) took the Derby title in the last round but again, the fans were treated to a wonderful show of power hitting!!
Hope the week is shaping up nicely for everyone.

Going to leave in about an hour to do my spin class and then some groceries. Then I’ll come back and do a ddp yoga workout. Anyway before I leave for a bit I thought I would share this before and after (or I should call it in progress pics)

Good morning friends!
BrotherR called the Bingo yesterday and all went well then he stayed for supper.
I helped a bit with checking winning cards. They are a bit of a stodgy bunch so I said next week we would have a special draw to commemorate the moon landing. (I don't know what that will be, but I'll figure something out. )
I started some written reflections that my grief counselor suggested as I am going to see her next week.
Poor old Tootie looks pretty sad because the ear drops I put in wind up also on her ear hair.
The vet said not to clean her ears until she could see her again.
She didn't eat very much yesterday. I think she doesn't like the pumpkin that I added to her food.
Well the little lady nextdoor has started receiving homecare help and will 3 X per day. There are no open beds at respite facilities at the moment. 3 of us are going to fill in and make sure she is ok at other times during the day and evening.
We're meeting at 11:30 to set up a schedule. Ok @Lynn49 , I've done it again, haven't I?
Got to get the puppy out.
See ya!

Good morning!
Thought I had better post while I am able.
Son brought over another charger, but it's not quite doing a full fix for my tablet, the percentage of battery life seems to have a life of it's own. Milan ordered a wireless charger, hopefully that will fix things up.
I have been okay, nothing new. The few days after my Monday methotrexate are always a time of nausea and dizziness, so I just have to bear it.
Just SO enjoying having my husband home, he is so relaxed and 'himself' without work stress and body strain.
Take care everyone!
