Good morning, my SC friends!
Welcome back, @GoJays ! Missed my morning smiles. Just waking up-or trying to- I will start my "Diabetic Fitness" classes today- I have been diagnosed as "Pre-diabetic" -I have been stress eating and chocolate is my downfall. But I can hardly blame just chocolate for all the weight that I have put on.

Happy Wednesday, everyone!
Two degrees outside now, sheesh!
My food taste problem isn't because of any meds, since I haven't had any changed to them in months. Yesterday's supper was the first real meal I have attempted to have, and I was glad to have a decent chunk of protein - which i badly need.
I am not all better, but I have truly gotten so much better than whatever it was I was dealing with for the past few weeks.
A nurse came to do my regular check-up yesterday, and she was here the last time as well so she could see the difference, too. All my vitals are good, so it is back to building up some strength for me again.

I think I'm pretty well packed for this trip, DD is picking me up at 5:30am...and I got another b'day surprise today,
Disney announced a 20% price reduction in park ticket prices for 2020, so that'll be a nice saving for all of us!
