Good fine morning, everyone!

The sun's trying to break through, I sure hope it stays, it makes it so much easier to sew or practice my painting. First though, I have to drop into my quilt store to buy the rest of my supplies for my course this weekend, I'll be sewing a coil rug for our bedroom. This new method gives a much cleaner look than those olden days braided rugs which always looked messy to me and thankfully to my Mom, too...

Good morning!

Had an awful night - no sleep all night, it was gross.
Finally had a small snooze after husband left for work, and I will try again in a little while.

The nurse came this morning, said my leg is healing well. No answer as to why it hurts so much, or why the leg is shaking. Husband was so kind and was so good at calming me down over and over, and massaging the upper leg pain. Of course, he can't do that on the lower leg.

I was able to eat more yesterday, however almost everything is tasteless - but I was glad to get and keep some food down. Husband had picked up schnitzel and spaetzle for me for supper - I could not even keep down a bite of the meat (which is always yummy), but I did eat some of the spaetzle with sauerkraut.

Milan came over for a bit late evening, so that did cheer me up.

Hello folks! So much to do..... so I am procrastinating. ....

Will get up in a minute or two and give Social Security yet another call in the States. Also have to figure out which money goes where and why in my mysterious bank accounts.

Trying to stay away from sugary treats but that reference to M&Ms set the mind to thinking.

Maybe I will just binge watch Bones. My Friday night habit these days.

Any bets?

Twas a good day! Good food & drink. Good deals at Trinity Book sale at U of T. Some good Russian History tomes. Now sitting in front of a fire with a glass a white resting the ol' legs! LOL Hope all had a superior day and wishing you all a superior weekend! Toasting you JT! Cheers!
