Good morn!

Home care nurse just came to unbandage me to check out the remaining blister. She said there was still a scab - I told her just to try get it off along one edge to see if it would come off, and once she's cleaned it, it came off easily.
So, yay, no more Cobands, just regular compression stockings on both legs!

It wasn't written down that today should have been my CHF checkup day, April 28 was listed. However, since I hadn't had a check in quite some time, the nurse did it today. Lungs are good, but she didn't like my low BP. It is not usually low.

Husband will head out to do some grocery shopping, foods for Easter. Yum! It will be nice to have him home to help with prep.

@GoJays how goes things with your offspring there 24/7?? Is the home schooling a reality for the 2 of you?
I am so grateful this did not occur when our 3 were in school, I was NO help to them with math after my kids reached grade 5!

It's a snap! We don't actually do any of the schooling, it's all done online now so I don't have to get my hands dirty

We're watching the Raptor's re-play their games in the run to the NBA championship...tonight is their 1st game against the Golden State Worriors.

Everything just seems normal when it's on, we had no idea this was to come, that no games would be played this year....we were all so happy and innocent...

I want to begin by saying that I am not a Trump sympathizer nor am I one to join in the political talk, I think you all know that. I don't hate him to the degree that most of you do, but I certainly don't like him. That being said, while this article was very well written (outside of one typo that I could spot ), it was also filled with a lot of woulda coulda shoulda. Yes, Trump is a pompous, egotistical, lying, selfish, self-serving psychopath and he should never have made promises that were impossible to keep. However. I would like to know if any one person anywhere was able to accurately predicted the extent to which this virus has incapacitated the entire world? Ugh, that last sentence is a butcher-job, but you get the gist. I'm not trying to start a debate, I just want to honestly know if anyone raised the alarm early enough into this that it could have been stopped in its tracks but no one listened? Maybe that original Chinese doctor that has since passed away directly as a result? I will be completely honest and transparent (you know, the opposite of Trump) - I don't follow the news, nor politics and if anything about the virus comes on TV I tune it out. Ignorance is bliss, don'tcha know. Trump should know about that, he is the ignorant leader. My last straw with him was him trying to withhold the masks. Did someone explain to him that those masks would not exist without a very important component that is manufactured only in Nanaimo, BC? Ok, I guess I do pay a little attention. Not much, but a little If I'm incorrect anywhere, straighten me out, but be nice about it
