Hello, folks! I am choking down on a lunch (obviously late lunch) of Heart to home beef vegetable soup- no salt, no sugar- Ryvita sesame wheat crackers, olives, cherry tomatoes, mini carrots and olives.
About to have thawed frozen mango pieces and some yogurt. Maybe not all the best but I am trying to find low-sugar alternatives in my stash of food.
Got to run, see ya later!

Hello, friends- we're hot and humid, expecting thunderstorms today.
All hell is breaking loose wrt our Association.
Ihave an appointment to take Tootie back to the vet for a follow-up on Thursday. I'm going to ask for an ultrasound.
I found out today that the landlord made a mistake and has not been charging me for my parking spot. As a move-in perk they had given it to me free from last March (2019) until Dec. But no one ever switched it since then. I had asked for a new spot, closer to the elevator which costs $10 more. If I hadn't done that, they might never have known that I wasn't paying for parking.
Got to run. Lots to do this afternoon.

Good day!
Decent weather today, albeit muggy. Better than anything over 30, which is to come back this week.
Yesterday was a terribly nasty day for me, I won't go into details. Ended up keeping the husband awake almost all that time,.
too.
However, I just had a little snooze and feel better for it;, hope it lasts
Hoping you are all having a great start to the week!

Good morning, @GoJays , @walkonby , everyone!
Early start for me too, @walkonby , not quite as early as you, @Go.jays.
@avoncallingu , continued good luck with choking down your non-sugary but healthy foods. Our DD joined Noom and she's really enjoying it, but I'll be back on WW after the camping season is over.
@Natalka , I'm hoping you have a much better day ahead.
I'm anxious to start a new Christmas craft today, which is likely why I'm up, everyone else is still asleep.
But for now...coffee.Last edited by Lynn49; Tue, Aug 25th, 2020 at 08:15 AM.

Good morning all.
was up early and decided to go get my walk in for the morning early.
I am on the fence if I will volunteer this School, year it a decision I can’t make when my family are hoping that I don’t since we are not sure how it’s going to work . My plan for today is to do a few errands and then read
Have a good and safe day all

Good morning!
@flemeth - anything connected to schools is a hard decision. I know what you mean!
@Lynn49 - I have been thinking about Noom. Maybe you can tell me what that's all about. The bride in my wedding this weekend lost 70 lb. in the past year on Weight Watchers. She looked spectacular!
@walkonby - cat nap, eh? I was writing cards to friends @ 2:30 am and doing laundry, and reading until 4:00 am (not even a good book called A Death at the Yoga Cafe.) My friend who read the book said it was the literary equivalent of a Hallmark Love Story. I do enjoy watching Hallmark Love Stories, though. Poor Tootie was up with me wondering what the heck was going on!
I think I will take her out for a pee and then head back to bed for a couple of hours. Lots to do today.
Thunderstorms predicted- see you later, folks!

@avoncalingu, she's getting a real kick out of NOOM! Yesterday, for instance, the message to her was something like: "Go and get a paper and pencil or pen. No, really, go get them. We're not kidding...we'll wait"...so she said she had to get a paper and pen!! Hahaha! It has her walking, increasing her steps by 300 each day, but when you fill out the form, she's sure there's a place where I'd be able to note that I wouldn't be able to do the walking, so something else may be substituted.
She's really liking it and our GS is doing the walking with her...I think they're up to 7000 steps a day now, but at camp they do more.
If you're dedicated to it, I think it'll be a really good idea since it combines not only physical exercises, but mental ones, also.
