We had really bad winds on Candy Hangover Day last year. Many rural areas were without power for 20-30 hours. However we didn't loose power for an extended amount of time over the rest of the winter season. So I guess that anything rotten or otherwise hazardous came down early.Quote:

yeah, I know....after covid illnesses, deaths, murder hornets, asteroids, political upheaval in the USA.....Friday the 13th just doesn't pack the same punch.

Good morning! Dreary here, same 'ol day, same 'ol problem...how to keep busy. I sewed soft plaid covers for 2 large down-filled livingroom cushions yesterday, had go use the envelope method since I'm not about to go out for red zippers.
