Time to relax now for me for the rest of the day. Had the gardeners in already moving some bushes and doing initial yard fertilization. Also had security system annual checkup done. All before 09h30! Now for another coffee!

I was gonna say the same thing, geez you got really tired watching the gardeners lol. :P Anyway everyone have a good day. I weighed myself today and it shows I lost 5lbs since my last weigh in. I will keep trying to use that pedal exerciser at least 15 mins 3 times per day.
