Thanks for the good wishes, everyone.
Fever is almost gone, and I feel much better - had a good nap, too.
The thought of food is gross to me, though crackers seem to be okay. I am drinking a variety of fluids, though.
Hoping I'm all myself by tomorrow!

Sorry for those of you with too much rain - but we've just gotten a good rain here, which is a very good thing for our area.

Good morning, everyone!

Busy day, DH is painting our little guest-room.....I have some running around for trim for our bedskirt to match/coordinate with the blue and white quilt I made, a few groceries, but that's it, I don't last very long wrt walking. Rather, I last as long as my pain drugs last.

I am SO sad, so mad , having just heard on the news about a family of 3 who attempted to drive on a CLOSED, flooded road! The car got sweot into the river, mother managed to swim to shore, dad and 2-yr old gone!!! I'd say "survival of the fittest", but that wee one didn't deserve such irresponsible parents! What a damn waste!

Sorry.....just another sad story that didn't have to happen.

Well everyone, I hope YOU all make "good choices" as our DD says to our Grandson, and stay safe, dry and well.
I hope your day is as sunny as it is here!

Time to relax now for me for the rest of the day. Had the gardeners in already moving some bushes and doing initial yard fertilization. Also had security system annual checkup done. All before 09h30! Now for another coffee!

I was gonna say the same thing, geez you got really tired watching the gardeners lol. Anyway everyone have a good day. I weighed myself today and it shows I lost 5lbs since my last weigh in. I will keep trying to use that pedal exerciser at least 15 mins 3 times per day.
