Is my region the only one that automatically books a second appointment while you're booking the first? I'm reading about you all scrambling around and waiting in long lines to rebook and here we are all ready to go. Have your region call my region for some pro
life tips on how to do things the right way. Honestly..... I feel bad, they make it so much more difficult than it has to be

@GoJays , yes, we did get follow-up appointments for our 2nd shots, but since the timeline between them was shortened, we're booking our appointments closer than our original dates sometime in July or August.

Another gorgeous day.....we've waited so long to walk outside without mitts, toques, boots, scarves, heavy coats, pockets stuffed with tissues, ice scrapers....this is just so wonderful!!

So much glorious sunshine today, loving it. Our pretty little hanging solar dome style lights are going to be bright tonight!
Not bright like the jerks last night at 2 a.m. who decided to fire off kaboom fireworks in the park across from us???
What were they thinking?

At 3 a.m. they better not try a repeat because we will be in full on Loki ( episode two ) mode. Ty Disney+ So far an intriguing series.

I was never THIS SICK after my first Moderna shot. It crept up on me just about 24hrs since I was vaccinated.

I did a search and yep...not unusual at all...apparently this second dose recognizes that there's a protein from the first shot that it has to deal with.

Very flu-ish....😣

@Lynn49 sorry you got sick from the vaccine. I just had a sore arm and a headache for a couple hours the next day. My DH had no side effects. Hoping you are better today

Thanks for your sympathy for my being so I'll yesterday...gosh, freezing to the bone and nothing warned me up, creepy feeling skin, aches all over, headache...why for haven's sake!?

This morning I just feel beaten up, but I hope that passes soon.
@walkonby , my Hubby is taking good care of me, but it's his 75th b-day on Saturday at camp and I want to use my Cricut to make him a pretty card, lol. Not sure about any plans for dinner, presents, etc on Saturday....I tried to find a good bottle of scotch for $75, but found one for $10 less that our SIL picked up for me. The resident retired Laurentian Prof at camp told me he also picked up something...not sure what it is, but I'm sure the boys will enjoy it, also. Of course I'll need to sample them, also. 😏🥃

When we are ahead in the 7th inning and I hear they are bringing in Dolis....I scream!!! He is either awesome, throwing less than a dozen pitches to get 3 out or a nightmare walking the first 2-3 batters.
I still crack up every time Robbie Ray pitches! Those ( ahem...) snug pants of his!
No matter what I usually watch the game.
