G'day, everyone, @harbie , bless your heart and others involved in finding and bringing thatbpup home!

Hubby tested negative today! So about 2 weeks with a cold, and that was his covid.
He was tired of course, still is, but the kids want to see us, so we'll have a short visit after dinner, play a card game or some such, and get home early.

@flemeth , I'd take the cold if this dang snow hadn't fallen, too! We'll see if +7 kills it today!

The kids were anxious to see us again, so we dropped in after dinner, watched the end of the Masters, then played cards....it was so wonderful to hug our Grandson again, I've missed him so much, too!
We put the movie, "Cats" on and it was okaaaay, but not as classy or classic a production as the theater performances...we took the kids twice because they wanted to see it with a friend each, the second time. They loved going on stage at the intermission to look at the huge stage props.

good day all. Such wonderful news to hear that your DH got that negative test for covid @Lynn49 and you were able to visit once again with the family. I know for a fact that you give the best, most sincere hugs, so I can imagine your GS getting squished to bits! ha ha
Very slothy day here, as in we are behaving like sloths.
What can ya expect when yesterday we exhausted ourselves watching the Blue Jays AND the Leafs. Both T.O teams had awesome wins too!
( side mention here that Matthews scored goals #57 and #58 ) Dare the Jays go for a clean sweep of Texas today?

I've been watching a couple of shows on Showcase, one is the return of Temple with Mark Strong ( I was unaware they were even filming a 2nd season ) The other is a new to me series called Wolfe. ( the main guy is AWESOME!! ) sadly I think Wolfe is a series that is one and done.
Both shows are laced with British actors and their lovely accents! Swoon!

Thank you, @walkonby....lol...I bet your Hubby remembers my hug, too, hahahaha!!! I get the best hugs from our GS, who's like a big teddybear and one of the kindest people I know. Just like you!

I'm afraid the tv will be set to the Masters all day, so no other games will be viewed, but I sure do hope the Jays sweep those Texans!!! I dislike anything Texan!

When I was recovering from my surgeries after I lopped the top off my tibia, DH had to take over everything and although he was pretty good at helping out before, he continues to take over so much. It still surprises him when I cook dinner all my myself, lol! Our SIL does all the cooking, lol. We're pretty lucky gals.

CATS the movie.....what were they thinking?! One of the worst movies we've ever had the misfortune of seeing! How embarassing it must have been to the actors...jmho of course, butbi have to look up the reviews.
